The “Ai Ciodi” Trattoria owned by the Tognon family for more than 30 years blends the essence of the typical lagoon cuisine with the beautiful, suggestive surrounding landscape while fully respecting the Grado tradition.

During the trip from Grado to the Island of Anfora, you will have the possibility to cross most of the Grado lagoon and to admire the still uncontaminated nature and then to reach the “Ai Ciodi” Trattoria where you will be able to taste the typical dishes of the Grado cuisine.

The fish you will be served is mainly caught by Mauro and his sons Piero and Cristiano, who also deal with the preparation of the dishes that are served daily in a simple and genuine way.
